Firma Genaral Hydroponics została założona w połowie lat ’70, w okolicach San Francisco w Kalifornii, przez grupę naukowców, inżynierów i techników. Dzisiaj, GH jest rozpoznawane przez międzynarodową społeczność naukową za swoją solidność, wysoką jakość produktów oraz znaczenie innowacyjne.

W ciągu kilku lat zdobyta reputacja pozwoliła firmie przedostać się na rynek światowy – do Kanady, Australii aż wreszcie do Europy gdzie GH w 1995r założyło europejską siedzibę firmy na południowym-zachodzie Francji.

In Europe we add practical experiments with extensive tests in our greenhouse. At this time we are studying crop capacity, aroma and active principles of herbal tea plants like camomile, lemon verbena and mint, with the purpose of developing new alternatives to cultivation, and being able to recommend viable horticultural operations of small and medium size.
